Inbuilt Ticket Submission: Spot a bug, have a general question or a feature you'd like us to have? Submit a ticket to us within your dashboard. Click on the button located on the top right side of your dashboard, head to our Contact Now button and leave a ticket!
Alternatively, you can click on our Tech Support chat, located at the bottom right of your dashboard and click "Trouble Ticket"
FAQ Extraction: Extract questions and answers straight from your FAQ documents so you can quickly set up your bot knowledge. Head to your Knowledge page. On the Create Knowledge tab, click on Upload FAQs and select I want to extract the FAQs from a URL/document.
Suggested Questions: You can now adjust how you'd like to arrange your chat's Suggested Questions. Head to Knowledge and click on the View Knowledge tab. In View All Knowledge, click on Actions and scroll down to Manage Suggestions
